Job Description and Role and responsibility :
· Diploma / BE / ME – Mechanical
· Must have experience & knowledge of process equipment like, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, columns, chemical reactors, centrifuges, ANFDs etc
· Understand the client’s concern, requirement in detail & offer the most suitable & optimized solution
· Analysis, budgeting, preparing tender estimate, reconciliation. Experience in contracting, billing, reconciliation of material etc
· Plan for procurement of resources, MIS reporting, client and subcontractor billing, estimation and costing
· Must have knowledge of MS Project, MS Excel, AUTOCAD
· All in house co-ordination for preparation of bid including follow-up, collection of input from various vendors
· Clear Understanding of work scope estimation with respect to the project planning & execution
· Ensure commercial submissions of tenders are fully complied with all necessary details
· Scrutiny & review of order specifications, drawings and schedules to ensure its completeness
· Cost effective engineering to meet customer specifications
· Co-ordinate & follow-up with customers/consultants for timely approvals or resolutions
· Timely indent should be released to the purchase dept on approval of documents
· All in house co-ordination for preparation of drawings, documents including follow-up, collection of input from various purchase departments
· Proactively work with the procurement group to ensure vendors RFQ technical bid evaluations are completed in a timely manner
· Providing services during erection and commissioning of system as per the design
· Maintaining documentation & record keeping of suppliers/manufacturers data, bank records etc.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
