International Sales Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven International Sales Manager to lead and mentor a team of 25 sales professionals while driving international business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in international sales, and the ability to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 25 international sales executives.
- Drive international sales revenue, conversion rates, and target achievement.
- Monitor sales pipelines, daily performance, KPIs, and closing ratios.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business growth.
- Build a high-performance sales culture through regular coaching, training, and feedback.
- Support negotiations and close high-value international business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in International Sales with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Prior experience managing and developing sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- BPO/International Voice Process background preferred.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions.
- Comfortable working in the US Shift from the Noida office.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience handling international clients, particularly in the US market.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
