Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated and skilled System & Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and performance of our servers, networks, and directory services. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and network systems Manage network servers and related technology tools Configure and manage firewalls (Fortinet) and switches (Cisco) Design, deploy, and maintain Active Directory environments Manage user accounts, permissions, and Group Policies Monitor and optimize Active Directory performance and reliability Implement security measures and access controls Plan and execute Active Directory migrations, upgrades, and integrations Configure and maintain Microsoft Windows Server systems Manage server roles, features, and system updates Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and patching Provide technical support to end users Collaborate with internal teams on IT projects and improvements Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures Stay updated on emerging technologies, security trends, and best practices Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in a System/Network Administrator or similar role Strong understanding of network protocols and security principles Proven experience with Active Directory administration In-depth knowledge of AD design, implementation, and management Proficiency in managing users, permissions, and Group Policies Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environments Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) Knowledge of virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware) is a plus Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python) is an advantage Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and in a team Preferred Certifications CCNA CompTIA Network+ MCSA or equivalent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
