Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing authentic coastal cuisine, managing the assigned kitchen section, and ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of coastal cuisine dishes, including seafood specialties
- Manage and oversee the assigned kitchen section during service
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion control
- Follow standard recipes and kitchen SOPs
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ingredient requirements
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Coastal Indian cuisine and seafood preparation
- Expertise in regional coastal cooking techniques and recipes
- Ability to manage kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment
- Time management and team coordination skills
- Attention to detail and food presentation skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts preferred
- 3–7 years of experience in Coastal Cuisine kitchen operations
- Experience as CDP or Senior Commis preferred
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Goan, Malvani, Mangalorean, Konkan, or other coastal cuisines
- Expertise in seafood handling, preparation, and menu planning
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
