Job Summary:
We are looking for candidates with 1-5+ year of experience in open market Home Loan/LAP sales. The role involves sourcing leads from the open market through real estate builders and connectors, and managing the end-to-end home loan process until disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in the open market to generate home loan leads.
- Onboarding real estate builders, connectors, small DSA who can work on 0.4-0.5 commission.
- Maintain strong relationships to ensure regular lead flow.
- Connect with customers and guide them on home loan options (60+ bank tie-ups).
- Handle the end-to-end process: sourcing, documentation, sanction, and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly disbursement targets of 2crs+.Mandatory Check-points:
- Should have 1 years+ experience in onboarding builder, connectors and small DSA, CA, Finance Consultant.
- Have done 2crs+ disbursement per month.
- Should have market acknowledge and good relation in the market.
- Ready to work on less 0.4-0.5 commission.Work Location:

Pay: ₹9,934.74 - ₹39,983.70 per month
