Pahlajanis IVF Centre Bhilai required Senior Embryologist for Bhilai Location.
- Perform IVF/ICSI, embryo culture, cryopreservation, and related ART procedures.
- Handle and optimize embryology lab operations with adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Monitor embryonic development and select embryos for transfer.
- Maintain accurate lab records, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior embryologists and lab staff.
- Collaborate with clinicians to ensure best patient outcomes.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies in ART.
