Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:

8+ years of experience in Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, or Talent Attraction, preferably within the IT or technology industry.

Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment Marketing with expertise in planning and executing multi-channel hiring campaigns.

Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies and best practices to enhance talent attraction and candidate engagement.

Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills for recruitment marketing, employer branding, and internal communications.

Experience managing employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Instagram, YouTube, social media platforms, job boards, and other talent attraction channels.

Strong knowledge of social media strategy, audience engagement, content planning, campaign execution, and performance optimization.

Experience analyzing recruitment marketing metrics, campaign performance, social media analytics, and engagement trends to drive continuous improvement.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Talent Acquisition, HR, business leaders, and external partners to support strategic hiring initiatives.

Experience coordinating employer branding events, university partnerships, career fairs, hackathons, webinars, networking events, and employee advocacy programs.

Excellent project management, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Creative, proactive, and innovative mindset with a passion for employer branding, digital communications, and talent attraction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead recruitment marketing and communication initiatives for strategic hiring campaigns, with a strong focus on technology and niche hiring requirements.

Develop and execute employer branding strategies to strengthen the organization's presence across digital and social media platforms.

Create engaging content for recruitment campaigns, employee stories, social media, internal communications, career pages, and employer branding initiatives.

Manage and enhance the company's employer brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Glassdoor, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.

Plan, coordinate, and promote employer branding activities including career fairs, university partnerships, hackathons, networking events, webinars, and recruitment drives.

Partner with Talent Acquisition teams and business stakeholders to design targeted hiring campaigns and improve candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Build compelling storytelling campaigns showcasing company culture, employee experiences, innovation, diversity, and career growth opportunities.

Develop content aligned to each stage of the candidate journey, from awareness and engagement to application and hiring.

Support employee advocacy and ambassador programs to amplify employer brand visibility and authenticity.

Coordinate internal communication campaigns by creating employee-focused announcements, engagement initiatives, and culture-building content.

Develop and maintain recruitment marketing and social media content calendars aligned with hiring priorities and organizational objectives.

Monitor campaign performance, recruitment marketing metrics, audience engagement, and social media analytics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

Stay updated with emerging employer branding, recruitment marketing, and digital communication trends to continuously improve talent attraction strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
