We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Junior Sales Manager / Sales Intern who can handle client inquiries, follow-ups, meetings, and convert leads into bookings.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries received through Instagram, WhatsApp, website, WedMeGood, and referrals.
- Conduct initial discussions with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
- Schedule and attend virtual or in-person client meetings.
- Share quotations, packages, and service details with leads.
- Follow up regularly with potential clients and maintain relationships.
- Update lead status and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding booked projects.
- Generate referrals and explore new lead-generation opportunities.
- Assist in sales strategy and business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in conducting client meetings and presentations.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and email communication.
- Passion for weddings, events, or creative industries is a plus.
- Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation
For Sales Intern
- Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month
