Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Cook to prepare high-quality meals while maintaining hygiene, safety, and food quality standards. The candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items as per recipes and menu requirements.
- Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables, meat, and other ingredients.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Monitor inventory and report shortages of ingredients and supplies.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Store food items properly and check ingredient freshness.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in menu preparation and food plating when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Cook.
- Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
Salary: Negotiable as per experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
