Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Online IELTS Trainer to provide high-quality coaching for students preparing for the IELTS examination. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging online sessions, improving students' English language skills, and helping them achieve their target band scores in Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct live online IELTS training sessions for individual students and batches.
- Teach all four IELTS modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Assess students' current English proficiency and create personalized learning plans.
- Provide guidance on exam strategies, time management, and test-taking techniques.
- Evaluate mock tests, assignments, and practice exercises, and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor student progress and maintain performance records.
- Support students in improving grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
- Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and practice tests.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns and scoring criteria.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding schedules, student progress, and course completion.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- IELTS certification with a high band score is preferred.
- TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IELTS training or English language teaching.
- Experience in conducting online classes using virtual platforms is preferred.
- Freshers with strong IELTS expertise and teaching skills may also apply.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IELTS exam structure and assessment criteria.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual learning environment.
- Proficiency in online teaching tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
