Job Summary:
IIFT Bhopal is looking for a Performance Marketing & Digital Growth Specialist to manage digital advertising activities and support the institute's online growth. The candidate will be responsible for managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, monitoring performance, and supporting website and landing page improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Track leads, conversions, campaign metrics, and overall performance.
- Assist with website and landing page optimization.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and analyze relevant data.
- Coordinate with internal teams for digital marketing requirements.
- Develop and implement digital marketing initiatives to improve online reach and enquiry generation.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign activities and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid advertising.
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of website and landing page optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and prepare reports.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Experience: Candidates with relevant hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid advertising are preferred.
