Job Title: HR Admin
Location: Nighoje, Chakan, Pune.
Work days: 5 days (9 AM - 6 PM)
Job Purpose
The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance coordination, employee engagement, HR documentation, and administrative activities. The role will ensure smooth HR processes while supporting organisational growth and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and consultants.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
- Prepare offer letters and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction programmes.
- Ensure completion of joining formalities and documentation.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
- Issue employment-related letters (Appointment, Confirmation, Transfer, Promotion, Warning, Experience, Relieving, etc.).
- Track probation reviews and employee confirmations.
- Manage employee exits, clearance processes, and exit interviews.
3. HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain HRMS and employee database.
- Ensure accurate employee information and documentation.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards.
- Handle attendance, leave records, and employee data management.
4. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Conduct employee engagement activities.
- Address employee queries and grievances.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management.
- Support employee welfare initiatives.
5. Compliance & Statutory Coordination
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain compliance-related records and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies.
- Support statutory audits and inspections.
6. Performance Management Support
- Coordinate appraisal cycles and performance review processes.
- Maintain performance records and documentation.
- Assist managers in performance management initiatives.
7. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare reports on recruitment, attrition, attendance, manpower, and employee status.
- Track HR KPIs and present data for management review.
- Maintain MIS and workforce reports.
8. Administration Support
- Coordinate office administration activities.
- Support vendor coordination and facility management.
- Assist in maintaining workplace hygiene and employee amenities.
Educational Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
- MHRM or equivalent qualification preferred
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in an HR generalist profile.
- Experience in recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, project-based, or service organisations preferred.
