Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Services Lecturer to teach and train students in restaurant and beverage service operations. The lecturer will be responsible for classroom teaching, practical demonstrations, student assessments, and developing industry-ready hospitality professionals.

- Table Setting and Table Service
- Different Types of Service
- Restaurant Equipment and Utensils
- Food and Beverage Order Taking
- Restaurant Billing and Cash Handling
- Room Service Operations
- Bar and Beverage Service
- Non-Alcoholic Beverage Service
- Guest Relations and Complaint Handling
- Hygiene, Safety, and Sanitation
- Banquet and Function Service
- Cost Control and Inventory Management
- Conduct practical classes and demonstrations of various food and beverage service techniques.
- Train students in professional grooming, etiquette, communication, and guest-handling skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, question papers, and practical activities.
- Conduct practical examinations, tests, presentations, and assessments.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and student performance reports.
- Provide career guidance and interview preparation to students.
- Organize industry visits, workshops, seminars, and guest lectures.
- Coordinate students' industrial training and internships.
- Keep teaching content updated according to current hospitality industry standards.
- Ensure proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of F&B service equipment.
- Maintain discipline and professional standards during practical sessions.
- Participate in departmental meetings, examinations, academic planning, and institutional activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management / Tourism Management.
- Relevant hotel industry or teaching experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service operations.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Practical knowledge of restaurant and banquet operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
