Bachelor’s, Diploma
Facilities maintenance: 2-3 years (Preferred)
- Supervising teams of staff across different divisions
- Planning for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements
- Drafting maintenance reports
- Dealing with emergencies as they arise
- Supervise the security personnel in the Client’s premises and ensure they are performing their duties.
- Daily monitoring of equipment and machinery in the complex. The Facility supervisor shall notify any malfunctioning of equipment to the Client as and when he is aware of it.
- Keep track of the tenants move ins/move outs and ensuring required tenants documentation are in place.
- Ensure proper documentation in register for vendor invoices and timely submission of such invoices to Treasurer.
- Should be Graduate with computer literate
