Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, manage shop-floor manpower, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain quality standards. The candidate should be capable of handling workforce deployment, monitoring productivity, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with planning teams.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and resources.
- Minimize production downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain daily production reports and MIS.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle shop-floor operations independently.
- Knowledge of production planning and process control.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and production documentation will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
