Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to approved drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Monitor the use of construction materials and equipment.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and report major concerns to the Project Engineer or Project Manager.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Verify measurements and quantities of completed work.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
