Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented BDM with strong experience in IT/EdTech sales and team management. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth delivery coordination while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and revenue generation in the assigned region
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring target achievement and performance tracking
- Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and key stakeholders
- Ensure effective use of CRM tools for reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction with logical problem-solving approach
- Plan and execute ATL & BTL marketing activities for brand visibility and lead generation
- Utilize existing contacts and network to generate business opportunities
- Coordinate with delivery/implementation teams for smooth project execution
- Analyze market trends and provide strategic inputs for growth
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in Sales & Team Management
- Expertise in IT Sales / Technology-based solutions
- Proficiency in CRM reporting and data-driven decision-making
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience in ATL/BTL activities and promotional campaigns
- Strong network within education/EdTech sector preferred
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
