Job Summary
The Quantity Analyst is responsible for preparing quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimation, material calculations, and project cost analysis. The role supports the procurement and project execution teams by ensuring accurate quantity measurements, budgeting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and verify Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for interior and construction projects.
* Perform quantity take-offs from architectural and civil drawings.
* Estimate material quantities and project costs.
* Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project execution teams.
* Prepare material requirement reports based on project drawings.
* Track material consumption and compare it with estimated quantities.
* Analyze project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Review contractor and vendor bills for quantity accuracy.
* Assist in budgeting, cost planning, and project forecasting.
* Maintain estimation and quantity records for ongoing projects.
* Ensure quantities comply with project specifications and standards.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and estimation.
* Ability to read architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
* Knowledge of BOQ preparation and rate analysis.
* Good understanding of construction and interior materials.
* Proficiency in MS Excel.
* Knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred).
* Familiarity with ERP/software such as SAP, Zoho, or construction management software is an advantage.
* Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
