Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Supervisor to oversee daily production and operational activities in our Healthcare Products/FMCG division. The ideal candidate will have experience managing shop-floor operations, handling manpower, ensuring quality compliance, and maintaining smooth workflow to achieve production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production and operational activities.
- Manage workforce allocation, attendance, and shift scheduling.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout operations.
- Implement and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Track productivity and identify areas for process improvement.
- Prepare daily operational reports and submit updates to management.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain discipline and efficiency among team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG or Healthcare Products industry.
- Strong team management and supervisory skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of production processes, inventory handling, and operational procedures.
- Ability to manage manpower efficiently and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
