Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance professional to manage the end-to-end accounting, finance, budgeting, and banking operations of the Group including co-ordination with investee companies. The role will cover handling day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring compliance, maintaining banking relationships, preparing budgets, and generating MIS reports, maintaining Dashboards for management and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Prepare, review, and reconcile monthly financial statements and ledgers.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, vendor invoices, and reconciliation.
- Banking & Transactions
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Handle day-to-day banking operations, fund transfers, and payments.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Oversee and monitor all financial transactions of the Group and investee companies.
- Ensure timely processing of partner payouts and vendor payments.
- Finance Operations, MIS & Budgeting
- Prepare and present monthly MIS reports for the Group and investee companies.
- Consolidate and analyze financial data to support business decisions.
- Prepare, monitor, and control budgets; track variances against actuals.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and forecasts.
- Payroll & Compliance
- Manage salary processing, reimbursements, and related statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely TDS, GST, and other statutory payments and filings.
· Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a liaison between group management and investee companies on all finance-related matters.
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Relationship Management
- Maintain effective relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies when required.
Qualifications & Skills
- CA / CA Inter or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts, finance, and budgeting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliance, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage banking, vendor, and partner relationships.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
