Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, motivated Inside Sales & Business Development Sr Assocaite based in India to join our global sales team. You will work remotely and serve as a critical link between client USA team brand portfolio and our international customer base — driving revenue, growing market reach, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
This is not a passive order-processing role. We want a proactive hunter and relationship builder who can independently identify opportunities, win new accounts, and grow existing ones.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Tele-calling and cold outreach campaigns each day to expand the active customer base. Calling USA customers.
- Lead Generation: Research and identify prospective customers using company-provided tools and independent market research across assigned territories.
- Business Development: Drive brand growth in assigned territories through strategic outreach, new customer acquisition, and market penetration.
- Key Account Management: Nurture and grow relationships with strategic accounts to maximize lifetime value and repeat business.
- Dormant Account Reactivation: Identify and re-engage lapsed or inactive customers with targeted outreach and tailored offers.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, opportunities, and pipelines in the CRM system.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- 4–5 years of experience in USA Tele Sales and business development — preferably in consumer electronics, FMCG, or technology distribution. USA market experience is a MUST.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills — you will work with international clients daily.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong cold-calling skills and comfort with high-volume outbound calls daily.
- Self-driven, result-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
