Elite Toys is a growing soft toy manufacturing company looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily factory operations, production planning, inventory management, and order execution. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, capable of leading a team, and committed to ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily manufacturing operations.
- Manage production schedules to ensure customer orders are completed and dispatched on time.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate with production staff, supervisors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
- Track production progress and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain production records, stock reports, and operational documentation.
- Optimize workflow to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
- Supervise factory staff, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with management regarding production planning, inventory, and order status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or factory operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and production planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
- Experience in the toy, textile, garment, or consumer goods manufacturing industry is preferred.
