Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Associates for a Work From Home Chat Process. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling customer queries through chat support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Conversational Hindi is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates should not be pursuing regular studies.
System Requirements
- Laptop/Desktop with i3/i5/i7/Ryzen or 4th Generation Processor.
- Minimum 4 GB RAM.
- Stable Wi-Fi connection.
- Power backup facility.
Work Schedule
- 9-hour shift (including 1-hour break).
- 6 working days per week.
- 1 weekly off.
- 24/7 rotational shifts.
Important Information
- No leaves will be approved during the initial 3 months.
- Aadhaar card must match the candidate's current appearance.
- Aadhaar copy is required during the screening process.
- No registration or placement fees are charged
