Office Admin & Operations Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Admin & Operations Executive to support daily administrative activities, manage front-office operations, and maintain inventory records. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Customer Support
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Guide customers to the appropriate department or team member based on their requirements.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams when required.
Administration & Inventory Management
- Maintain inventory records and process billing using inventory management software.
- Perform regular stock verification and update inventory records accurately.
- Organize and label incoming stock for easy identification and storage.
- Maintain office records and administrative documentation.
Office Operations
- Monitor employee attendance and maintain attendance records.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Support administrative tasks and assist in maintaining an organized work environment.
Product Preparation & Coordination
- Ensure products are cleaned and prepared before customer delivery.
- Verify that products are packed securely for handover or dispatch.
- Coordinate with service and sales teams to facilitate timely deliveries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in administration, front office, customer service, or office operations is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn inventory or billing software.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Tamil is required. Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to work from Kovilambakkam, Chennai.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using inventory management or billing software such as Zoho is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
