Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and sharing the same with clients.
Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
Review of fabrication drawings & QAP and coordinating with client for drawing related queries
Translate general work requirements into a prioritized plan for individual tasks and assignments
Establish professional and commendable working relationships with stakeholders, including clients, engineering staff, client representatives, and department colleagues
Communicate delivery requirements of major equipment and materials to procurement
Develop, maintain, and improve all processes, procedures, templates, and tools related to estimate planning, development, and project management
Identify needs and deficiencies in the plan/schedule and communicate these to the appropriate persons
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarizing relevant information.
Coordinating with team leaders to make sure that all departments are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
To Coordinate with clients for dispatch planning and meet delivery requirements.
Requirements:
- Min. 10 years experience in process or static equipment's manufacturing industry.
- Immediate joiner preferred
Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
