Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated Pre-Primary Teachers to foster a safe, stimulating, and joyful classroom environment. The successful candidate will support children's intellectual, social, emotional, physical, and language development while preparing them for a smooth transition into primary education.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Planning & Classroom Instruction
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging, and activity-based lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
- Foster foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, and environmental awareness.
- Incorporate storytelling, music, movement, art, sensory play, and hands-on learning experiences.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of children.
Classroom Management
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
- Establish routines that promote independence, discipline, and responsibility.
- Ensure children's safety and well-being throughout the school day.
- Maintain an attractive and stimulating classroom with appropriate learning displays.
Student Development
- Observe, monitor, and document each child's academic, emotional, and social progress.
- Identify learning challenges early and provide appropriate interventions in coordination with the coordinator.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence, collaboration, and positive behaviour.
Assessment & Documentation
- Conduct continuous assessments through observation and classroom activities.
- Maintain student portfolios, progress records, and assessment reports.
- Prepare report cards and documentation as per school guidelines.
Parent Communication
- Build positive relationships with parents through regular communication.
- Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and discuss student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support children's development at home.
Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, coordinators, and support staff.
- Participate in curriculum planning, school events, celebrations, and professional development programmes.
- Contribute to creating a vibrant learning culture within the school.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance records and classroom documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned academic and administrative tasks.
- Support school functions, admissions activities, and co-curricular events when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (mandatory).
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Montessori, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- B.Ed. is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–5 years of teaching experience in Pre-Primary, Kindergarten, or Early Years education.
- Freshers with relevant Early Childhood Education qualifications and a passion for teaching may also apply.

- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Creativity in lesson planning and activity-based teaching.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude towards young children.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools.
- Strong observation, documentation, and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
