Job Summary
Niraamaya Retreats Surya Samudra, Kovalam is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented General Service Associates (GSAs) to join the Food & Beverage Service team. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing professional and courteous service to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with resort standards.
- Set up and clear restaurant tables before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and personalized service.
Minimum Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
