Job Description – HR Recruiter
Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon (On-site)
Experience: 4–5 Years
Industry Preference: Industrial Water & Wastewater Treatment / EPC / Manufacturing (Preferred)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions across various functions. Experience in hiring for manufacturing, EPC, engineering, or water treatment industries will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offer discussions.
- Manage offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and critical positions.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring MIS.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for manpower planning and hiring priorities.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Good understanding of sourcing strategies and screening techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
