Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Land Survey Drafting Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to support our surveying and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and high-quality Land, ALTA/NSPS, and As-Built survey drawings, including Subdivision Plats, while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and draft Boundary Surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, and As-Built drawings
- Develop Subdivision Plats with precision and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Process and convert field survey data into detailed CAD drawings
- Interpret legal documents such as deeds, plats, easements, and title reports
- Ensure all drawings meet ALTA/NSPS and local authority standards
- Perform quality checks (QC) to maintain accuracy and consistency in deliverables
- Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and project teams to meet deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in land survey drafting or production
- Strong knowledge of Boundary, ALTA/NSPS, As-Built surveys, and Subdivision Plats
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Good understanding of survey data processing and documentation
- Familiarity with quality control (QC) standards and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field
- Experience working with international (especially US) surveying standards
- Knowledge of GIS or related tools is an added advantage
