Key Responsibilities
- Promote Golden Shuttle and OneLve sports programs, memberships, and events.
- Visit schools, colleges, apartments, corporates, and sports clubs to generate new business.
- Build relationships with principals, PE teachers, coaches, and decision-makers.
- Organize and coordinate tournaments, leagues, coaching camps, workshops, and promotional events.
- Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
- Generate new leads and convert them into memberships and program enrollments.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotional activities, and branding.
- Represent the organization at sports events, exhibitions, and community programs.
- Maintain a database of leads, partnerships, and business opportunities.
- Submit daily activity reports and weekly sales updates.
Skills & Requirements
- Passion for sports; preferably a former or current sportsperson.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and network with schools, colleges, and sports communities.
- Self-motivated with strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within Mangalore and nearby areas.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Sports Management, Physical Education, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, sports marketing, business development, event management, or community engagement.
- Freshers with a strong sports background and excellent communication skills may also apply.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- New school/college/corporate tie-ups.
- Memberships and program enrollments generated.
- Number of meetings and presentations conducted.
- Sports events and tournaments successfully organized.
- Revenue generated through new business.
- Sponsorships and partnerships secured.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
