Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and prospects
- Explain our programs and offerings clearly
- Handle follow-ups and maintain strong communication with leads
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Execute plans and instructions provided by founders
- Maintain proper reporting of calls and conversions
- Take ownership and show leadership qualities in execution

Requirements
- Age: Below 28 years
- Open to both male & female candidates
- Strong communication skills (Malayalam + basic English preferred)
- Highly energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
- Ability to work independently from home
