We are looking for a talented individual who can create high-quality creatives and support the company’s digital marketing activities across social media, websites, branding, advertisements, and client campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, creativity, and a good understanding of digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
* Design engaging social media creatives, banners, posters, reels covers, ads, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials
* Create branding assets for company campaigns and client projects
* Handle social media design requirements for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
* Work on website graphics, landing page visuals, and UI-related creatives
* Support digital marketing activities including:
* Social Media Marketing (SMM)
* Social Media Optimisation (SMO)
* Basic video editing
* Paid ads creatives
* Email marketing creatives
* Collaborate with the marketing and management team to plan campaigns and content calendars
* Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
* Stay updated with latest design trends, AI tools, and digital marketing techniques
Required Skills
* Proficiency in:
* Adobe Photoshop
* Adobe Illustrator
* Canva
* Figma (preferred)
* Premiere Pro / CapCut (basic video editing preferred)
* Understanding of social media platforms and marketing trends
* Good creativity and visual storytelling skills
* Ability to create modern and professional creatives
* Basic understanding of branding and content strategy
* Strong communication and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field
* 1–3 years of experience in graphic designing and digital marketing
* Freshers with strong portfolios and creative skills can also apply
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
* Motion graphics and animation
* AI design tools experience
* Experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn business pages
* Knowledge of website design and WordPress/Shopify creatives
