- Generate leads through both online and offline channels.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across banqueting, catering, and corporate verticals.
- Regularly explore and tap into corporate lunch opportunities for recurring business.
- Leverage industry networking to extract leads same industry partners.
- Visit multiple event venues to enquire about panel onboarding opportunities.
- Establish and maintain exclusive partnerships with venues to promote and recommend our catering services.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with venue owners/managers for consistent business flow.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and service.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their requirements and upsell services.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups, professional conduct, and flawless coordination.
- Oversee and support the execution of catering events to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate with the operations team, kitchen staff, and event crew to deliver high-quality service.
- Handle client expectations on-site and ensure events run as per the planned standards.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
