Job Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection molding machines.
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
Maintain utilities such as air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, and DG sets.
Ensure minimum machine downtime and smooth production operations.
Prepare maintenance schedules and machine history records.
Coordinate with production team for machine setup and maintenance planning.
Monitor spare parts inventory and arrange required materials.
Ensure safety standards and maintenance SOP compliance.
Support mold changing and machine installation activities.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Basic understanding of PLC, electrical panels, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preventive maintenance planning knowledge.
Qualification:
Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience:
2 to 5 years in Plastic Injection Molding Industry
