- Manage PLC-based automation projects, electrical systems, and control panel operations.
- Lead a team of PLC engineers, electricians, and technicians.
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs (Siemens/Allen Bradley/other platforms).
- Oversee electrical design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure smooth operation of automation systems and minimize production downtime.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams for project execution.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and system improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and industrial practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- Proven experience in PLC programming, industrial automation, and electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of HMI, SCADA, VFDs, sensors, and control panels.
- Experience in project management and leading technical teams.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Experience: 5+ years in PLC & Electrical Automation.
