Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced catering manager to oversee and manage end-to-end catering operations for corporate events, weddings, social gatherings, and large-scale outdoor events. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, service quality, and overall event execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete catering operations from planning to event execution
Coordinate with culinary, service and logistics teams for smooth operations
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation and service delivery
Plan manpower deployment and supervise service staff during events
Manage client communication and ensure requirements are fulfilled
Prepare event planning sheets, operational checklists and service schedules
Monitor food cost, labor cost and operational expenses
Ensure hygiene standards, food safety regulations and operational SOP compliance
Oversee equipment planning, transportation and setup for events
Handle multiple events simultaneously and ensure timely execution
Requirements
Minimum 5 to 8 years experience in catering, banquet or hospitality operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in handling large-scale catering events
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
Ability to work in fast-paced event environments
Preferred Background
Experience in luxury hotels, premium catering companies or large event operations
