About Position:
We are looking for a senior Clinical Trials Domain SME with 12?18 years of experience in CRO and clinical development environments. This role will act as a key interface between customers and internal teams, supporting pre-sales, solutioning, and delivery for digital clinical platforms. The position requires deep expertise in clinical trial lifecycle management and the ability to bridge domain knowledge with technology-driven solutions, including AI-enabled platforms for trial planning, execution, and analytics.

What You'll Do:
- Act as the primary clinical domain SME for customer engagements and stakeholder discussions
- Lead conversations on clinical trial planning, execution, oversight, and operational strategy
- Translate clinical and CRO requirements into clear functional and business specifications
- Support workshops, demos, and solution presentations from a domain perspective
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses and help define clinical solution narratives
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to build strong value propositions
- Guide delivery and engineering teams on clinical workflows, lifecycle (Phase I?IV), and CRO models
- Review user stories, design documents, and ensure domain accuracy in implementations
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards in clinical trials
- Create domain artifacts such as workflows, personas, and use cases
- Upskill internal teams on clinical trials processes, terminology, and best practices
- Act as a trusted advisor across programs for clinical domain expertise
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 12-15 years of experience in clinical trials and CRO environments
- Strong understanding of clinical trial planning, execution, and oversight
- Experience with site selection, enrollment forecasting, and milestone tracking
- Knowledge of risk management and operational analytics in clinical trials
- Experience working with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and requirement gathering skills
- Ability to bridge domain knowledge with technology and digital platforms
- Familiarity with clinical systems such as EDC, CTMS, RTSM, and lab systems
- Exposure to AI or analytics platforms in clinical research is an advantage
- Experience with global CROs (e.g., IQVIA, Parexel, Labcorp) is preferred
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Research, or related field
- Certifications such as ACRP, SOCRA, or CCRP are a plus
