We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to drive business growth in the packaging industry. The role involves lead generation, customer relationship management, quotation preparation, sales coordination, and order follow-ups. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to understand customer packaging requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through phone calls, emails, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Qualify sales leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging industry trends.
- Understand customer requirements related to packaging products and solutions.
- Provide product information, specifications, samples, and commercial details.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain regular follow-up
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate pricing within approved guidelines.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and procurement teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Assist customers throughout the order lifecycle.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery commitments.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for effective solutions.
- Maintain customer records and sales activities in CRM software.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Support, Business Development, or Sales Coordination.
- Experience in the Packaging, Printing, Corrugated Box, Flexible Packaging, Labels, Carton, or Industrial Packaging industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
