The Human Resources (HR) Executive is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, performance management, training, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The HR Executive helps create a positive work environment and supports organizational goals through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Process attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Monitor employee performance and support performance appraisals.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, contracts, and other documentation.
- Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Support HR projects and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (or as required by the organization).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
