✔ Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
✔ Employment Type: Full-time
✔ Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
What You'll Do
✔ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
✔ Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
✔ Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
✔ Collaborate with developers, testers, and project teams throughout delivery.
✔ Support solution design, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and implementation.
✔ Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project communications.
What We're Looking For
✔ 7+ years of overall experience with 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
✔ Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
✔ Experience writing user stories, functional specifications, and process workflows.
✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
✔ Experience working in Agile or large enterprise delivery environments.
Mandatory Skill Stack
Business Analysis Requirements Gathering User Stories Functional Specifications Process Mapping Business Process Analysis Stakeholder Management UAT SIT Gap Analysis Documentation Agile
Preferred Skills
✔ Experience in consulting or digital transformation projects.
✔ Exposure to SDLC, Agile methodologies, and enterprise applications.
✔ Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA are an advantage.
