Job Title: Company Driver (cum Loading Assistant)

Role Summary
We are looking for a reliable and punctual Driver to manage the daily pick-up and drop-off of our factory staff. During non-driving hours (between trips), you will assist the warehouse team with loading and unloading materials. Punctuality and physical fitness are critical for this dual role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Driving Duties (Morning & Evening)
Staff Transport: Follow a fixed route schedule to pick up staff in the morning and drop them off in the evening without delay.
Safety: Drive safely at all times, adhering to speed limits and traffic rules. Ensure the safety of all passengers.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Perform daily checks (Oil, Water, Brake Fluid, Tire Pressure).
Keep the vehicle clean (interior and exterior) daily.
Maintain the Vehicle Logbook (Kilometers run, Diesel consumption).
2. Loading & Helper Duties (Mid-Day / Between Trips)
Warehouse Support: Report to the Store In-charge after the morning drop-off.
Loading/Unloading: Assist in loading finished goods (CSD/Juice crates) onto delivery trucks and unloading raw materials (sugar, packaging rolls).
Movement: Use hand trolleys or pallet jacks to move stock within the factory floor.
3. General Discipline
Availability: Must be available for occasional emergency trips (e.g., taking sick staff to the hospital or urgent bank work).
Behavior: Maintain professional behavior with staff and avoid using the phone while driving.
Requirements
License:
Valid Heavy Passenger Motor Vehicle (HPMV) or Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) License.
Must hold a valid "Badge" (Public Service Vehicle authorization).
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of driving experience (preferably Staff Bus or School Bus).
Clean driving record (no major accidents).
Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to lift crates/boxes (up to 20-25 kg) during loading hours.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with [City/Local Area] routes to avoid traffic jams.
