## Role Description
We are looking for a proactive **AV Solutions Engineer** to join our team in Indore. This is a hands-on role combining **pre-sales, project execution, and technical installation**. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to understand requirements, conduct site surveys, recommend suitable AV solutions, prepare technical proposals and BOQs, and execute projects from installation through commissioning and handover.
The role requires a combination of technical expertise, customer interaction, and problem-solving abilities. As a growing organization, we are looking for someone who is willing to take ownership, work independently, and contribute across multiple aspects of AV system integration.
## Key Responsibilities
* Conduct client meetings and site surveys to understand project requirements.
* Design AV solutions for boardrooms, meeting rooms, classrooms, auditoriums, and collaboration spaces.
* Prepare BOQs, technical proposals, equipment lists, and solution documentation.
* Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and vendors for product selection and technical support.
* Supervise and perform installation of displays, projectors, PTZ cameras, microphones, speakers, digital signage, and related AV equipment.
* Configure, test, troubleshoot, and commission AV and video conferencing systems.
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
* Conduct user training and complete project handover with proper documentation.
* Provide post-installation technical support and assist with service calls when required.
## Qualifications
* Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Communication (ECE), Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in Audio Visual, ELV, Networking, CCTV, or System Integration projects.
* Good understanding of AV systems, structured cabling, IT networking, and video conferencing technologies.
* Experience in preparing BOQs, conducting site surveys, installation, testing, and commissioning.
* Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate project execution.
* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer interaction skills.
* Willingness to travel to project sites.
## Preferred Skills
* Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Logitech, Poly, Cisco, Yealink, LG, Samsung, Barco, Bose Professional, Q-SYS, Biamp, Crestron, or Extron solutions.
* Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
* CTS or other AV industry certifications are an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
