MAINTANANCE ENGINEER
Area of operation:
Primary Responsibilities:-
Ø To ensure JIMS procedures for maintenance of equipment & documentations thereof are followed.
Ø Preventive & breakdown maintenance of moulding, bristling & sealing machines covering mechanical, hydraulic & electrical portions.
Ø Repair & maintenance of ancillary machines of moulding department.
Ø Up keep of moulding machine record & history card.
Ø To ensure proper functioning of all granulators, hopper-loader, cranes.
Ø To provide technical suggestions required during purchase of new machinery & to do the needful during installation/erection/shifting of machine.
Ø To fill machine failure report if failure lasts for 8 hrs or more.
Ø Follow up for spare parts from stores & to inform in time to higher management in case same are not delivered in time.
Ø To ensure that workers are working as per the instructions & optimum output is received.
Ø To fill all the reports in time & to give to concerned person.
Ø To render advise in electrical & mechanical saving/efficient devices & follow up in procurement/fitment of such devices.
Ø To comply with the requirements of all standers like amfori BSCI & SEDEX, BRC, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 & ISO 14001 and maintain the required records & documents.
Secondary Responsibilities:-
Ø To fulfill safety requirement as required from time to time. To display safety stickers etc as & when required. To contact P & A as & when required.
Ø Calibration of cards of machines in plants & also of instruments on regular basis.
Ø To advise in maintenance of D.M. plant & ETP.
Ø To suggest training requirements of senior/operators as required from time to time & to manage training/motivation in consultation with moulding in-charge & plant in-charge.
Ø To solve electrical minor machine problem with help of senior.
Ø Calibration cards of machines in plants on regular basis.
Ø To aware about concerned JIMS format & procedures.
Ø To implement & to ensure implementation of 5S in work & plant area.
Ø To adhere and to comply to the following principles set out in the Amfori BSCI & Sedex Code of Conduct.
· To ensure healthy and safe working environment.
· Early assessment of risk and take all necessary measures to eliminate or reduce it.
· To implement adequate measures to prevent or minimize adverse effects on the community, natural resources and the overall environment.
· To show zero tolerance against corruption, extortion, embezzlement or bribery.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
