- Identify and develop new business opportunities in polymer compounds, engineering plastics, and related industrial products.
- Manage and expand relationships with OEMs, Tier suppliers, distributors, and industrial customers.
- Achieve sales targets through customer visits, lead generation, negotiations, and order conversion.
- Coordinate with technical, production, and quality teams to provide customer-specific product solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to support business growth strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business development plans for management review.
- Ensure timely payment follow-up, customer satisfaction, and long-term account development.
- Minimum 15-25 years + Experience in similar field.
Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
