We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Engineering Executive to manage engineering operations, utility systems, HVAC, water systems, documentation, and maintenance activities in a pharmaceutical/cosmetic manufacturing environment. The candidate should have experience in GMP documentation, utility management, preventive maintenance, and engineering compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Utility Management
- Operation and maintenance of:
- Cooling Tower
- Condenser Unit
- Air Compressor
- Air Dryer
- DG Set (Diesel Generator)
- Boiler
HVAC System Management
- Handling and monitoring of:
- AHU (Air Handling Unit)
- Dehumidifier
- SDU
- Chiller
- Chilled Water Unit
- Maintain differential pressure (DP) as per area classifications.
Water System Handling
- Operation and monitoring of:
- Pre-Treatment Plant
- WFI (Water for Injection)
- EDI System
- Mix Bed System
Plant Maintenance
- Perform preventive maintenance of engineering equipment and machinery.
- Handle machine breakdowns and troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain maintenance records and schedules.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain:
- SOPs
- Logbooks
- Preventive Maintenance Records
- Training Records
- Engineering Master Lists
- Ensure GMP documentation compliance.
Validation & Calibration
- Support:
- Temperature Mapping
- Validation Activities
- Calibration Planning
- Maintain records of calibration and validation activities.
- Coordinate with external agencies for calibration and validation work.
EHS & BMS
- Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment Health & Safety) standards.
- Monitor BMS (Building Management System) activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, utilities, and water systems.
- Knowledge of GMP documentation practices.
- Good troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Understanding of calibration and validation procedures.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Good communication and writing skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Pharma/Cosmetic manufacturing industry.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle plant operations independently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
