Position Summary
We are looking for an energetic, creative, and result-driven Marketing & Business Development Manager who can build the Urban Water brand, generate qualified business opportunities, and develop marketing systems that consistently increase sales and customer satisfaction.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, developing new ideas, and delivering measurable business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Building
- Build Urban Water into the most trusted water treatment brand in the region.
- Improve brand visibility through strategic marketing campaigns.
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
Marketing Strategy
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans.
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotional activities, exhibitions, and awareness programs.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and continuously improve results.
Digital Marketing
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp Business, and the company website.
- Plan and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Increase online enquiries, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
- Monitor analytics and campaign performance.
Lead Generation
Develop systems to generate qualified enquiries through:
- Social Media Marketing
- Google Search
- Website
- Referral Programs
- Dealer Network
- Builders & Architects
- Government & Institutional Marketing
- Awareness Campaigns
Sales & Business Development
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Develop new dealers and institutional clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Support achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Promote AMC renewals and referral programs.
- Collect customer feedback and encourage Google reviews.
Reporting
Submit weekly and monthly reports covering:
- Leads generated
- Campaign performance
- Sales conversion
- Revenue growth
- Market analysis
- Competitor activities
- Business development initiatives
Skills Required
- Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Brand Building
- Digital Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp Business)

- Basic Knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office, and Marketing Analytics
Qualification
- MBA (Marketing), BBA, or any Graduate with relevant experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Experience in technical products, construction materials, water treatment, electrical products, or industrial equipment will be an advantage.
