Key Roles & Responsibilities
1️ Vendor Relationship Management
- Identify, onboard, and authenticate new vendors.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
- Ensure vendor performance aligns with agreed terms and project expectations.
- Negotiate cost-effective solutions and optimize vendor engagement.
2️ Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) activation campaigns.
- Coordinate with regional leads to ensure seamless implementation.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution within timelines.
3️ Client Coordination
- Conduct client visits to gather detailed project briefs.
- Act as the primary point of contact between vendors and regional stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication and expectation alignment.
4️ Project & Field Management
- Conduct field visits for hands-on supervision of ongoing activities.
- Monitor on-ground setups and activation quality.
- Ensure smooth execution at activity sites.
5️ Manpower & Resource Allocation
- Allocate vendor manpower as per project requirements.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources across campaigns.
6️ Budgeting & Cost Control
- Support proposal creation and budgeting.
- Manage project costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Drive cost optimization through effective negotiation.
7️ Reporting & Communication
- Track project progress and performance.
- Provide regular updates to reporting manager (Business Director).
- Ensure documentation and reporting accuracy.
8️ Innovation & Creativity
- Conduct idea-generation sessions to improve campaign creativity.
- Contribute innovative concepts to enhance brand engagement and execution effectiveness.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
