Job Description:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across India
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
Requirements:
- Experience in Non-IT recruitment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Location: Girish Park, Kolkata
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
