We are seeking a strategic, people-first Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead our HR operations and to manage the daily operations of our educational center. The ideal candidate should be good at handling people, managing tasks, and ensuring students and parents have a great experience. You will own the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can bridge the gap between management and employees.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or similar role.
- Age Requirement: 30–35 years
- Master degree(required)
- Strong working knowledge of regional employment laws, statutory requirements, and workplace health/safety standards.
- Good communication skills, Exceptional interpersonal skills, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to solve problems and work independently.
- Computer knowledge (MS Office)..
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
