Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented Growth Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in both online and offline marketing of products. The role requires strong execution capability across D2C, marketplaces, performance marketing, influencer campaigns, and offline sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth across Shopify (D2C) and marketplaces like Amazon and other platforms
- Plan and execute Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, and performance marketing campaigns
- Lead and execute influencer marketing campaigns including creator outreach, briefing, sampling, and performance tracking
- Plan and implement product sampling initiatives to drive trials and awareness
- Monitor sales performance, ROAS/ACOS, and conversion metrics
- Execute push notification campaigns for engagement and retention
- Manage product listings, A+ content, and coordinate new launches
- Support offline marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and distributor coordination
- Share offline selling ideas with the sales team and design schemes/incentives
- Drive offline growth strategies even without a field sales team
- Track sales, inventory, and campaign performance; prepare periodic reports
Candidate Profile
- 4–6 years of experience in online and offline marketing
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, influencer marketing, and sampling strategies
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and cross-functional teams
- Execution-focused with a strong growth mindset
